Which areas do you serve?
We serve Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Mississauga, Milton and Oakville. For another location in Waterloo Region or the GTA, include your city in your request so availability can be discussed.
What should I include in a quote request?
Share your city, the room, approximate dimensions, a description of the current surface, your preferred tile and your timing. Photos are useful during the follow-up conversation.
Do I need to choose my tile first?
You can reach out before choosing tile. The tile's size, thickness and material affect preparation and installation, so final pricing is agreed once those details are known.
Can you tile over an existing surface?
Sometimes, but the existing assembly needs to be assessed first. Loose tile, movement, moisture issues or an unsuitable substrate may require removal or additional preparation.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the area, preparation, layout and curing requirements of the products used. The schedule is discussed for your project rather than promised before an assessment.
Does the price include materials?
The written scope should identify labour, preparation, installation materials and any tile supply separately. Tell us what you already have so the quote can account for it.
